AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys turning a business problem into working software. You will build agents, automations and integrations that fit into the systems teams already use, and help those solutions become a dependable part of their daily work.

You will work alongside an Agentic Marketer, who owns planning, business priorities and stakeholder management. You will shape the technical approach and take responsibility for implementation and reliability.

What you will do

• Build AI agents and workflows for tasks such as researching accounts, preparing sales follow-up, supporting content workflows and assisting customer service teams.
• Integrate with CRM, marketing and support platforms through APIs and other available interfaces.
• Develop the application code, data flows and interfaces needed to make a solution useful end to end.
• Evaluate model outputs and define where human review or approval is required.
• Deploy, monitor and improve solutions, including their accuracy, latency and operating cost.
• Build reusable components that make future implementations faster and easier to maintain.
• Work with the Agentic Marketer and users to refine requirements and resolve problems after launch.

What you bring

• Strong software engineering skills and examples of applications you have shipped.
• Practical experience with AI APIs, retrieval, structured outputs, tool use or agent workflows.
• Confidence with Python or TypeScript, databases, integrations and deployment.
• The ability to debug the whole workflow, including failures outside the model itself.
• An understanding of access controls, customer data and the importance of testing.
• An interest in commercial processes and the patience to learn how a team actually works.
