If you want a career in marketing, this is where it’s heading. Start here.
Most marketing jobs ask you to make things: posts, campaigns, reports. This one asks you to look at how a marketing or sales team actually works, find the tasks that eat their week, and decide which of those an AI agent should take over. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Take a leasing broker we work with. Approved deals kept stalling because customers sent their paperwork in slowly. Nobody on the team called this an AI problem. It was just a frustrating part of the week. Today an agent chases the missing documents by phone and mail, and it hands the customer back to an adviser as soon as they ask a real question. Drop-off in that phase fell by half.
Before an engineer wrote a line of code, someone had to sit with that sales team, see where the deals were dying, and describe exactly what the agent should do and what it should leave to a person. That is the job.
The marketers who stay relevant over the next ten years won’t be the ones who make the most posts. They’ll be the ones who know how the work should run, and which parts an agent can take over. Nobody has years of experience in that yet, so starting now puts you ahead of almost everyone.
This role is part of our Young Potentials Program. We take on people at the start of their career because of their drive, not their CV. If you’re hungry to learn, you’ll get real client work from the first weeks, on real projects, with people who’ll teach you how it’s done.
We don’t need you to have experience. We need you to want this.
We mean that. You won’t write code. You’ll work as a pair with an AI Engineer, who builds everything. Your job is the part the engineer can’t do: understanding the people, the process and the customer, and turning that into a clear description of what to build.
What you do need is curiosity about how things work, and a low tolerance for doing the same boring task twice.
Our cases show the kind of work you’d join: an agent that reads an accountancy firm’s shared mailbox and hands the partner a ready-made upsell pitch, two-day workshops with a commercial team on their own campaigns, and a 90-day AI roadmap a pharma board signed off on.
You want to spend your days making campaigns, or you prefer a clearly defined lane over figuring things out.
Send your CV or LinkedIn profile. You don’t need a cover letter. Instead, tell us about one thing you made easier, faster or less annoying, at school, at a job or just for yourself: what bothered you, what you changed, and how you knew it worked.
Business analysts, marketing experts and AI engineers in one team, building agents that understand the business and hold up in production.
