Technical Co-Founder

Agentique builds AI solutions for marketing, sales and customer support. We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder who wants to combine hands-on engineering with the responsibility of building a company.

You will build the agents, applications and integrations that commercial teams use. Alongside that work, you will shape our technical direction, help decide which opportunities we pursue and develop the team and capabilities needed to grow.

The technical foundation is the same as our AI Engineer role. The founder role adds equity ownership and a broader commitment to the business: its customers, economics, people and long-term direction.

What you will own

• Build and deploy AI agents, automations and integrations for commercial teams.
• Set the technical architecture and standards for quality, security, deployment and monitoring.
• Turn lessons from individual implementations into reusable components and potential product opportunities.
• Work with the Agentic Marketers on technical feasibility, estimates and delivery commitments.
• Join customer conversations and help translate demand into a focused technical roadmap.
• Understand the cost of building and running our solutions, and make choices that support a sustainable business.
• Recruit, mentor and eventually lead the engineering team.
• Share responsibility for company priorities and the decisions that shape Agentique’s growth.

What you bring

• Strong hands-on software engineering skills and practical experience shipping AI applications.
• Confidence building across APIs, data, backend services and user-facing workflows.
• The ability to make sound architecture decisions while continuing to write and ship code.
• An appetite for customer conversations and the commercial side of building technology.
• The willingness to take initiative, make difficult trade-offs and follow through when delivery becomes challenging.
• A clear motivation for becoming a co-founder and committing to the business over time.

Ownership

This role includes an equity stake in Agentique and responsibility for its technical development. The stake, compensation arrangements and expectations of the founding partnership will be discussed explicitly during the process.
